Biography
Arlindo Lemos Junior has been working in endovascular procedures since 1991, when he first participated in an iliac artery stent in Bellvitge Hospital, Barcelona - Spain. Since then he developed his expertise and passion in acquiring new techniques in the Field. He has been studying Congestion Pelvic Syndrome for more than 10 years, when he was introduced to Dr.J.Leal Monedero from Madrid - Spain. Since then, he become interested in learning the physiopathology, diagnosis and treatment of Compression Vein Syndromes, such as common iliac vein and left renal vein ones, better known as May-Thurner Syndrome and Nutcracker Syndrome. The association of Recurrent Varicocele and Renal Vein compression is described in several papers in the Literature, many urologists do not have comprehension about the hemodynamic aspects of vein flow and reflux.
